Beginners
This is a class for anyone new to Pilates or for those wanting to spend more time mastering the key elements. This is also a good starting point for anyone returning to Pilates.
As a beginner you may find yourself thinking that the exercises are too simple or there are too many things to think about. You are not alone in thinking this in the early stages. Pilates is about precision and it is important to master the basics before progressing to more challenging movements. This takes practice.
Beginners+
If you have completed a Beginners block and feel you are ready to challenge yourself a little bit more then Beginners+ is the class for you. The pace is slightly faster and the exercises will allow you to build on what you have already achieved, further developing your strength, stability, flexibility and co-ordination.
Intermediate
This is a class for those with more Pilates experience and who are confidently and consistently applying the key elements. The exercises in this class are designed to provide even more of a challenge. Small pieces of equipment will be used more frequently to add extra variety and challenge.
